Any work-related accomplishments you are proud of?: I am extremely proud of creating a new division from the ground up. When I was hired, Western Nevada Supply was thinking about getting out of the boiler and radiant heat business. After a lot of elbow grease, We were able to establish Western Nevada Supply as the leader in the west for hydronic systems. The challenge never seems to slow and it is always evolving and interesting.
Education background?: No degree - School of hard knocks and Masters in Hydronics.
What is the best part of being a member of the Blue Team?: The empowerment to run your own division like you own it; make day-to-day decisions and prosper with success. The Reviglio family is incredible to work for - they are very family focused and not just about business.
What does teamwork mean to you?: Teamwork is working together, without question. Helping your teammates in any situation and always making them look good. It is like you're in battle together, watching each other's back and working towards the same goals.
