What is your work experience?: I was with Yamas Controls, a local contractor, for thirteen years before coming to Western Nevada Mechanical
Any work-related accomplishments you are proud of?: At Yamas I started out sweeping the floor in the warehouse and worked my way up to the Director of Sales over Northern California and Northern Nevada before making the move to Western Nevada Supply.
Any awards, recognitions, community volunteering: Several sales awards over the years
Education background?: I studied criminal justice at University of Nevada, Reno for about four years before pursuing my career in the HVAC industry.
What is the best part of being a member of the Blue Team?: Every day I'm blown away at what this comapny will do and has done for the community and the customer alike. I'm proud to be a part of that. For example: Kids Chirstmas, what an amazing experience that is!
What does teamwork mean to you?: Fostering teamwork is creating a work culture that values collaboration. In a teamwork environment, people understand and believe that thinking, planning, making decisions and taking action are better when done cooperativley. People recognize and even assimilate that belief that "none of us are as good as all of us."
